temple庙大的成绩认证问题，求解，谢谢大家啊！

temple的申请页面里面有下面这一段话：

IMPORTANT NOTICE for APPLICANTS EDUCATED in CHINA

Documents certified by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) or the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC) are required for a full credential evaluation. Photocopies of transcripts, degree certificates, and diploma certificates are not considered official and are not acceptable substitutes for the official documentation.

The admissions committee for the program to which you are making application will review your materials to determine your admissions status.

这是个什么认证啊，就是WES么？我看到认证时间要差不多20天或者一个月呢，那我双学位没有改分数但是删了课的认证了会出问题么？
求大大们给解释一下啊。谢谢了

因为双学位有一共只有十二科课，我就挑了八科考得高的打了成绩单。。。这个有问题么？本专业也删了政治课咯。。

两边学校都要说么？这个认证是直接认证成功了发给美国的还是结果发给我的呀？

其实去年也有报此校，未认证而被录取了，当然成绩单是中英的
