Essay的要求如下：
Masters - Human Resource Management
Answer the two following questions for the MS-HRM Program. Limit each response
to one typed page (double spaced):
1. Being an HR practitioner requires an awareness of macro-environmental factors (governmental, legal,
economic, technological, and socio-cultural) that could affect an organization’s HR practices. Pick a
specific example for one of the macro-environmental variables (a specific law, technological advance,
cultural change, etc.) that you think will have an impact on HR over the next few years and discuss how
it will affect HR and what HR practitioners should do to prepare for it. (2-3 pages)

2. What are your career goals and how will an MS-HRM degree help you accomplish those goals? (1-2 p

篇幅要求到底是一个问题写一页还是按照括号里面的写啊。。
还有，是要把两个写到一篇里么。似乎只能上传一篇文章。。
