严重提问SC比较结构中DO的用法。。。很纠结

答案是D, 虽然这道题可以通过排除法选出正确答案。。可是却苦于不明白B选项中最后的did（do)为什么会这样用？？
之前也遇到了这种类型的题，今天终于放上来了。。
求与我同样苦恼的童鞋一同讨论，更求NN指点。。。。
