Hello my friend. With this GMAT of 710, you should be able to crack a school within the top 30-40 or so. But your TOEFL is a bit of a concern. Is there any chance that you could retake that test? That would be ideal—many schools have cutoffs that are very close to your number. Or, perhaps you could enroll in an additional English course to show schools that you are doing all you can to overcome this relatively weak score. Booth, for example, requires a score of 104. HBS wants you to be in at 110 or better. So with 100, you are automatically looking at schools in the range of 20-40 in the US World and News Reports rankings.
