自己先回一个，prep有一部分是讲with作独立主格时的用法，先贴给大家抛砖引玉呀：
with 型独立主格,与主句形成紧密的逻辑联系,形式为:
由“with＋宾语＋宾补”构成的复合结构，在句中可作状语，表示伴随。这一结构中的宾语补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、形容词、副词或介词短语等来充当

但是单这一条不足以搞定强大的with吧...大牛们快来总结下吧
