[help] HBS Round 3 Interview

Hi guys, I got the interview invitation from HBS Round 3, anybody had such experience before? I'm wondering how big is the chance for round 3.

Any thoughts/experiences/insights?

先不要在意有多少百分比的机会啦。有机会就要去试试看。
拿出自己全部的气力好好准备一下，把自己最好的一面，还没有来得及再Essay中展示的特点告诉人家。
只要有面试，就多一次表现自己的机会，即使再小的机会也要比没有好，了胜于无嘛！

我想第三轮应该还是有机会的，尤其当你拿到interview，就更说明人家对你感兴趣了，加油阿！恭候佳音！

Hey there! CONGRATS! Such great news--yes, we have a few clients that have been granted Round 3 interviews. Just a couple words of advice for you. First of all, you need to be able to explain WHY you applied for Round 3. After all, the chances are so low (to your credit!) that you will need to account for this. Have a response ready. And secondly, if you are located outside the US, you may need to explain your Visa strategy. After all, if they dont admit you until May or June, will that give you enough time to make arrangements to come to the US? These are two questions that our clients who get Round 3 interviews often get asked. So you DO have a chance--especially at HBS where over 50% of the folks that they interview are accepted. Just go in prepared. And good luck--and of course, CONGRATULATIONS! Nicely done!
