CEIBS MBA 新鲜面筋出炉 [2011.04.21]

今天下午面的，面试官Gordon Gao, 另外一个居然一时想不起名字了，总之是很NICE的两个人。。。
QUESTIONS：
1. brief self-introduction.
2. 我在Q1中提到leadership,所以就one example for leadership.
3.work responsibilty. 这个中间根据我的描述提了一些小问题问比较detailed的东西。
4.your company culture and value.
5.you have 2 different work experiences, and they are totally different industry, which one do u prefer?
6. is there any great person who influent you a lot in your life or work? pls give a example and reason.
7.what do u expect for yourself in 10 years?
8.what kind of company and position do u expect after MBA?
9.If u can't have the chance to Finance area, what is your plan B? 因为偶Q8说的是去finance area.
然后就是ask questions.
我问了两个-
1.2个direction-marketing/finance, 什么时候开始分？答：入学一年后。
2.关于交换项目。
感觉没有什么chanllenge的问题，从头到尾都很轻松，中间有段突然脑袋空白还好及时回来，只是觉得自己说了好多。。。
忐忑等结果。。。。

楼上动作真快，我也是下午面试，可能在你后面，可惜没能认识一下，就和Justin聊了一会，前面有同学说Justin很帅很nice，今日一见果然人如其名。

和你同样的两位教授面试的，另外一个教授好像是Ma Ning, 很nice的两位面试官，几乎问了和你同样的问题, 不是很challenge, 但我回答的不太好，其中how to motivate your team to support you? 这个实在没准备，也不知道如何答，说的不好。还把简历工作时间写错了，犯了一个低级错误，实在是丢人，上来刚讲两句就被Gordon发现了, 估计减了不少分，今年申请的人太多，机会渺茫，祝大家好运！
