That really depends on what you are looking for. In my opion, Cambridgeis a far more lovely town than Oxford. The Judge school has got astrong link with Thames Valley which interests me the most. Money-wise,Oxford sounds to be a better deal. According to Which MBA, the averagesalary of the Oxford grats is over 100K USD.
