985本+211硕纯文科 GPA 3.8/4
WE: 海外销售英国德国各一年半
GT准备去考目标是 740+ 110
Career Goal: 销售还是觉得成长空间有限想转Consulting
在GT达标的前提下, 北美M7/S16 欧洲LBS/Insead/Oxbridge不知是否有戏?

请前辈同级指点欢迎热水和冷水

Well great to hear from you! So if you can get your target scores on your test, your profile will be within range for your target schools. To really dig in and see how you might do, thought I need a lot more DETAIL!!

Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

But basically if you get your target scores, you will be off to a great start.

GT考到740+ 110的话，可以拿S16的第一轮面试没问题。M7难说，现在申M7的话G760才能说不拖后退。

另外在什么公司做销售？公司是不是行业flagship。

如果你的分数能达到的话，就看你的工作经验这块了，做好挖掘，有好的经历，好的例子，想要申请TOP学校还是有希望的。

G T 近期都在开始准备了尽快刷到满意的分数.

公司是一家消费电子民企比较低调的一个品牌产品国内每家每户基本都会用到按市占率和销售额来算在细分行业的确已经是龙头了. 是渠道销售岗位不像某W大客户占主要.

另外年龄会是大的问题么? 想想明年就28 之后就冲着30飞奔而去了感觉很有压力.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for your swift response.

Outside of G/T Score, my current background as below and hope it will be of help.

BA: a 985 university (ranking:10) in Central China,

MA: a foreign language university in Shanghai.

I am now working for a Chinese CE Vendor as sales in e-commerce channel in Germany; Key Account, Amazon.. It took me three years from a rookie to a junior manager role, managing around 10 people within and out Germany. The greatest achievement is to lead e-commerce teams in five countries to change the supply model with our KA.

No community service, extra curricular wise, participated in the 10KM run hosted by local community in Germany

, I am not quite sure if this even counts or not and even if it does, I presume it is way below standard.

Your advice is appreciated.

G T 分数会努力争取.

工作经历和社区活动这类不知怎样的例子才算是好例子呢? 能指点一些方向最好了, 现在开始还可以好好规划下.

Well your international work and your leadership are solid! And it’s great that you work with such a brand like Amazon. It’s a good start.

If you can actually get those test scores, I think S16 will be possible.
