刚刚收到pace的AD关于语言学校的看了些帖子，但是还有疑问，那个考试是去了纽约再考还是在去之前考呢？然后上课的时间如果太长，那不是不能跟正常的班一起开始msf的课程？？

Dear ,
I am more than happy to answer your questions. Students with a TOEFL score of 90-99 will have to take English classes along with their MS classes. For you, when you arrive at Pace you will take a Placement exam. Based on that Placement exam we will determine if you will qualify in Category A, B or C.

a. Category A: You will take ELI 084A and 084S, both non-credit, for 14 weeks (both these class are currently $1,345 for each course although it is slightly cheaper in the summer as its 12 weeks long is for Fall and Spring), plus one Graduate course for 3 credits (graduate courses at the normal $954 per credit rate).

b. Category B: You will take one ELI course (again at $1,345 per class), non-credit, plus Business Writing (1 credit), plus 2 additional Graduate courses (approximately 3 credits each).

c. Category C: You will take Business Writing (1 credit), and 2, 3 or 4 Graduate courses (approximately 3 credits each). You will take no ELI courses.

As you can see Category A will require you to take 3 English courses, Category B will require you to take 2 and Category C will only require you to take 1 English course.

我申请的msf 哎，这学校要说就是地理位置好，课时如果带上语言，那开学不是到2月了？
