我来两句：While referring to the cold winter, the author omits the duration of it.

The number of parlors is not closely relavent to the potential market.

说一下我的思路：

1，Gratuitous assumption：题目只说本地区famous for cold winter,没有提到duration.（不知道算作gratuitous assumption是不是正确）

2，错误类比：文中提到的两个公司不一定有可比性。fc的失败不一定可以应用到cc上

3，all things are equal:去年的失败不能说明情况永远不好

请大家指正

who said that? is that true or a false causal relation? 死抬杠
2,10% 有他因比如做的是 hot ice cream who knows?
3，错误类比 false analogy，可能本身f 就是要倒闭的官僚企业
4，错误类比 all things are equal
5,10000 人才有1家商店，说明潜力巨大，false assumption 不一定没有商店就说人们不喜欢
6，winter duration 这点非常好，放在第一个说
7，大家都说了贷款的方式，我觉得非常好，我想说可能贷款给它比较划算，因为地皮可能涨价啊，或者，这家公司可能引导一种消费风暴大家都来吃冰淇淋，或者解决了就业，who knows???
