求助：关于maryland MSA 的AD和财产证明的问题

前两天收到maryland的AD，写的是On behalf of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, I am delighted to inform you that the admissions committee has recommended you for admission into the Smith Master of Science in Business: Accounting program beginning Fall 2011.
但今天又收到一封邮件，是让我再寄一份财产证明，You have submitted approximately CNY 465,000 in your statement, which is equivalent to USD 70,000. However, the are applying to costs USD 74,500.

lease submit a bank statement covers this difference.
但还附了一句As soon as we receive the necessary documents from you, we will be happy to evaluate your application.

他们到底是已经made decision了，还是没有完成evaluation啊。。。。。

贵啊- -马大这公立一点都不公，已经答应录了，就是少材料，如果补上就好。简单理解就是条件录取吧。。条件是掏得起钱

嗯应该没钱就不会给了，看信的意思是 I20上写多少你必须要准备好多少

谢谢啦~~ 好纠结还收到了pitts的offer，两家都不便宜。。。。
