请问两个问题: 1. 看到JHU的推荐信要求:the recommended format is a signed business letter on letterhead from colleagues in a supervisory/managerial position,请问什么是a signed business letter on letterhead? 2. 有谁做过 authorized credential evaluation?需要花多少时间,多少钱,好做吗? 多谢了!

You could ask your supervisor to submit the recommendation letter online.
Admitted mainland Chinese students, not including those who got BS/MS degrees in U.S, Canada and U.K, all did credential evaluation. This is required by JHU. But you could first submit an unofficial transcript to Carey's admission office while having your credential evaluated by WES or other authorities. In this way, you could facilitate your application. If the admission committee think you're a good fit with GMBA program, they will grant you conditional admission, before your credential evaluation is finished. However, if the evaluated credential is different from the unofficial transcripts you sent, your admission would be revoked. The evaluation might take about one month, with a cost of around $200 dollars.
Thanks a lot for you explanation in detail! In a word, I can first submit my unofficial transcript. But, can I validate my report with WES later after I get admission?
