我认为B 错误，应为 presented. 而NOTES 上认为C错误.

这是一个常考结构，one of +限定词＋名词Ｃ前需加ＴＨＥ

sugar 是不可数名词，前面也可以加 a 吗？

难道a sugar是 a kind of sugar 的意思？有没有其他的常出现的例子？

Yes, perfectly right. "present" here means "existing", an adj. "present" has three definitions: n, adj, and v.

"One of the xxxs" should be blurted out.
