There is much debate over whether nations should cooperate to develop regulations that limit children’s access to adult material on the internet? Some people maintain that it is not necessary to so because people’s equal exposure right to every material should not be banned. However, other people think the regulations should be established because some unhealthy material is harmful to the children. As far as I’m concerned, I think nations should take actions to establish the regulation.
First, I think unhealthy materials, especially the adult material is harmful to children’s grow up、 intellect and mental development. Because children are premature, so they doesn’t have the ability to judge the junk food and avoid it. Meanwhile, children may be think what the material shows is absolutely right. They will even intimate some action showed in the material. We can’t not image about it.
Second, nations should be responsible to this action. Children are nations’ descendents. If children does not grow up healthily, the nation will not prosperous. And nations have some advantages to do so. Individual’s capacity is limited, but nation’s strength is powerful. Nation can establish regulation to limit the spread of the adult material, and persuade the parents to help the children to surfing the internet correctly.
Third, internet is so wide that one nations regulations can’t achieve its object. So every nation should cooperate to solve the problem. Only if nations are cooperate ,our internet will be clean, and children will grow up healthy
Finally, although, some people think the regulations limits the people’s free right, but if one outweighs the importance, he or she may find the more important one.
To sum up, nations should corporate to ban the adult material resources. The question today is not whether to do it, but how to do it. It is high time that nations took action to cooperate.
