我做这题时，先很快把A、E、D排除了。但是在C、D中作出选择时。我觉得两个都没有明显语法错误，但D选项的主语是33 percent of the energy ，与主句的相同，所以我选了D。希望大家能指点一下，告诉我选C的原因

contrast; the referent of it is ambiguous,
raising questions about just what two things
are being compared.

BThis sentence compares 75percent to
Germany; it is not clear what 33percent
refers to.

CCorrect. The two clauses joined by whereas
indicate clearly that the comparison is
between the different percentages of energy
coming from nuclear power.

DThe use of the definite article the makes it
seem as though the energy being referred to
in this part of the sentence is that of France.

是说如果选D 句子的含义就变成:法国75%+的ENERGY 来自NP. 而33%的(法国的)ENERGY来自德国NP.不知道理解的对不对表达的清不清楚, 虽然我也觉得这题很扯...

referent of it is ambiguous.

The correct answer is C.
