Dear host,
I’m very interest in the qualifications HBS requires from applicants with less work experience. Because I myself graduated in 2009.
The best way to know that probably is to ask the 2 guest speaker what’s the most sparkling competitive advantages younger current HBS MBA taker shares.
HBS clearly states on its website that applicants with 0-2 years w/e can also fit in, but is that only restrained to US citizens? How many Asian MBA do they know with nearly no w/e? What’s their industry prior to HBS?

Dear Brooklet and David,

My questions are closely related to myself.

a. What is your opinion and suggestion for a 30+ years old applicant with master degree and 8 years work experience. Are these kind of disadvantages, if 3 years work experience seems the favorite of business school.

b. what is the minimun AWA score. this is a stupid question but I got a terrible 4.0 and GMAT 730. Given my tight working schedule, it will be a challenge for me to take it again. But if necessary, I will definitely go for it. I'd like to have your suggestion.

很希望成为你们的校友。

我的GMAT730，AWA5.0，Tofel成绩还未出，但我估计应该在110左右，口语、作文应该是不错的。
本科、研究生北大。在国家部委从事外事工作10年，已经34岁了。为中国国企走出去和外企来国内做过不少实例，国外工作经历很丰富。

如果申请HBS，有什么建议么？
