请问大牛经验里这句话什么意思? “你想如果你要AWA的总分有4。5的话,你的ARGUMENT是6或者5。5, 那么你的ISSUE要多少就可以了呢?自己算吧呵呵”
AA一篇,抄了很多才够数 汗阿汗~ The following appeared as part of the business plan of the Capital Idea investment firm.“Across town in the Park Hill district, the Thespian Theater, Pizzazz Pizza, and the Niblick Golf Club have all had business increases within the past two years. Capital Idea should therefore invest in the Roxy Playhouse, the Slice-o’-Pizza, and the Divot Golf Club, three new businesses in the Irongate district. As a condition, we should require them to participate in a special program: Any customer who patronizes two of the businesses will receive a substantial discount at the third. By motivating customers to patronize all three, we will thus contribute to the profitability of each and maximize our return.” The assertion above brings out a question of how to increase the profit of Capital Idea investment firm. Some adviced to invest in playhouse, pizza store and golf club, because the other companies in similar businesses have paid off even in the recession. It seems that it would be wise for Capital Idea to invset in these areas, but this argument is logicallly flawed in several aspects, which render it unconvincing as it stands.
Firtst of all, the booming businesses in the Park Hill district may rooted in the comsuption patten of the area. Lets assume that most people live in the Park Hill district are wealthy businessman, they usually join high-end club and paly golf together .People live in the Irongate district may show greater interest in sports other than golf.To make a success business plan, one must investigate the consumption patten of the people carefully to find proper investments.
Secondly, the author focused only on the successes of Roxy Playhouse, the Slice-o’-Pizza, and the Divot Golf Club, but a comprehensive analysis is missed in the argument. The business increases of Roxy Playhouse, the Slice-o’-Pizza, and the Divot Golf Club may attribute to the discounts of companies, the extraodiary services or the uniqueness of business pattens .Lacking a comprehensive analysis of the causes for the success of the companies may lead the argument less convincing.
Thirdly, to offer substantial discount of the third store to the customer who patronized two of the businesses is not a ideal program. The program assumes that the customers of the palyhouse, the pizza store and the golf club are all the same.Actually the three businesses are serving distinct customers, offering disount offers to customers to motivate them to comsume in all of the three stores will produce litte effect.
Last but not least, another flaw that significantly undermines this argument is that the author neglests to indicate how recently the survey was cactually conducted. As the ecnomic cicumstance changes rapidly, the business successes of the companies in the last two years would not guarentee the success in the following year.
In conclusion, the business plan seems appealing, but it has several logical flaws and thus unpersuasive as it stands. To better support the argument, the author need to show that the customer in the Irongate district show the same comsumption patten of the Park Hill district. Also, the business patten and the economic enviroment have to be considered to make an ideal business plan. |
