我不明白为什么A的it不可以指代portion，
a greater proportion than it （the portion) was in any previous election,然后这样的话，我觉得A还挺对的～

B省略了什么呢？什么情况下可以这么大手笔的省呢？我觉得还原就是the portion was 啊。。。求指教！

要补出是因为不补的话比较成分不一样造成歧义
这样推理下来
是不是因为这里就是proportion和proportion比？
比的东西一模一样就不在于省略什么又还原什么了。。

这里it就是对的说。。。

不明白。。。。。。。。。。。

那么就是全球经济和一万年比了。
其实比的对象是全球经济的增长。。

弄清楚比较对象就好了，把分析想简单点，不要钻太深，考试也容不得你这么想，

这是时间状语 in xxx 和 in xxx的比较，其他的多余部分都要省掉
