我的问题是：1、介词without是修饰前面哪个词呢，我不太清楚comma+介词的用法。

2.这个forces 为什么用cause another disaster要比repeated好呢，我觉得repeated表达的清楚简洁啊? 求指教

3. C选项和E选项 another such disaster为什么又要比another one 好呢？是不是因为one一般指代单数名词，而 disaster是不可数？？？

个人见解不一定对
1. commas加介词的修饰对象可以有很多，要根据语境来看，主要是看逻辑主语对不对，这里的逻辑主语是community,所以用法是正确的，abc的逻辑主语都是response错误
2，这里我觉得是从语义出发，如果只是repeated不一定会表达出cause another such disaster的意思，
3 Ron说过在有明确的名词和代词之间，选名词，不会有指代不清的情况，所以disaster会更好
这题用排除会更好，根据逻辑主语排除abc, D里面的causing表示动作的持续性，没有that caused好

嗯嗯谢谢，我觉得关键点还有一个是forces。不应该是forces被重复，这样不符合逻辑，而是forces造成的disaster又来了一场，所以forces be repeated 的选项先排出。其次 such disaster要比one要更准确有效。所以选E
