有没有同学收到邮件？说好5月14日给个update的，今天status update, 说是继续把我放在waitlist 上，要再review package，6月11日再给update! 这是怎么回事啊？Jason版主知道么？要到6月这么迟？

另外，由于我已经接受了另一家学校的offer, 连I-20都收到了，本来打算下个礼拜就去签了。如果顺利水过，是不是意味着我就不能反悔了呢？（好吧，我承认我能反悔的几率=0，但是这样waitlist 又waitlist，实在是折磨人）

我该咋办？请教大家

重新签就好了，没有什么不可以的。

应该拿去大使馆换就可以了，不用重新面试。实在不行的话就用你现在的签证入境之后再去immigration改。

The enrollment deadline for R2 has now passed so they've passed one big 'deadline' for WLers. Henceforth they will be adding far fewer people, since at this point the chances that people drop out are much lower, and tend to be because they need to defer, etc.

As for I-20, as long as you have a visa you'll be able to enter the USA. If I'm not wrong you don't have to get a new visa- at least I didn't when I graduated the UofC and when to Wharton. You just need to transfer your I-20 to that of your new school.

Anyway they maintain a waitlist for certain reasons : 1) admits deferring 2) admits deciding not to go after all 3) the school deciding, for some reason or another, to increase the enrollment size that year 4) other programmes (eg. Lauder, Healthcare) not enrolling enough people 5) not seeing enough good quality R3 applicants to fill up the class

... and the list goes on.
