答案中对于B选项的解释是.which指代: B中的which指代prices，因此is应改为 are
不是说which 指代逗号前的名词吗？此时which为什么不指代computer chips呢？是因为for computer chips是用来修饰prices，所以做题时应该忽略这部分吗？
想弄懂which指代的问题。

B选项的错误可以理解为“which 引导的定语从句，which必须紧跟在先行词后面，所以B错”吗？

这里的which指代歧义的，既可以指代chips, 又可以指代prices, 无论指代那个都需要用are, 另外如果指代chips也会导致意思不合理，因为不能说chips are due to a oversupply.

此外plunging的逻辑主语我感觉也存在问题的

此题中的that也是引导reactions的。而不是紧跟在前的individual,可不可以理解为that 或which 修饰的先行词，一般都要紧跟在后面，但是如果出现介词成分的修饰部分，就是引导介词前面的那个词呢？

A,B 之间最主要是主从和介词引导的短语之间的差别

,which修饰整个主句或主句一部分：Because of plunging prices for cumputer chips,which is due to an oversupply
根据逻辑分析的话，"超量供给"会导致“价格跳水”而非“电脑芯片”，所以which指代的是“plunging prices”.
price（s）
根据单复数分析的话，“which is”跟“plunging prices”不一致，price（s）是物价的意思
