答案是D prep笔记在解释B的错误原因说“and that在语法上和convinced that平行” 可是我认为 如果and that 和convinced that 平行的话 and前面的那个逗号应该删去啊 现在“，+and”的结构应该是另起了一个独立的句子和主句处于一个层次上啊 所以我认为B的错因是：and后面为一个that引导的名词性短语而不是一个独立的句子 不知道我这么理解对不对 请NN指点！

按LZ的说法,后面的确是一句完整的句子呀,STUDENTS是主语 OFFERED是谓语...

B错误在两点：

1、按语意，students could be offered...不是convince的内容，而是修饰university; 就算不看语意，that...and that 两宾语从句平行中间也不能加逗号。

2、convince后接宾语从句不用虚拟语气，should be不正确

楼主的理解是正确的

但是这条规律并不是很严苛

在PREP的有些题目题干中都出现过 从句平行却加上了逗号
