B错误在两点：

1、按语意，students could be offered...不是convince的内容，而是修饰university; 就算不看语意，that...and that 两宾语从句平行中间也不能加逗号。

2、convince后接宾语从句不用虚拟语气，should be不正确

我不是NN，但是根据新东方老师的笔记，我理解是两个句子并列的时候中间不加逗号～

多年后的今天看到这个帖子。 现在想确定的是：
1.用and并列的时候是都不要加逗号，还是看情况的呢？
2. convince在GMAT中的用法如何？（之前有在其他地方看到帖子说ACE选项是convince的用法错了）
