OSU和马里兰都不用，楼主仔细看一下学校admission里的要求吧。OSU的MSA才要WES

Two (2) official, unopened, original and certified copies of transcripts from every college or university attended. Important: Send your official transcripts to SMF Admissions Office; Fisher College of Business; 100 Gerlach Hall; 2108 Neil Ave; Columbus OH 43210-1144.
