TOP 20 Wait list,希望大牛指点！

收到一所TOP 20 学校的Wait list，上面是这样说的：

While we are unable to provide feedback to specific individuals on the Wait List, we are happy to offer the following general suggestions to help you strengthen your application--

If your GMAT and / or TOEFL score is below our average, you may retake the exam and fax your unofficial score to **********. Please ensure that official scores are sent to us promptly.
You may submit an additional letter of recommendation. Your evaluator should send the letter to the attention of the Wait List Administrator at the address below.
You may submit an additional essay that highlights any changes in your professional or personal experience since the time you submitted your application. The essay should be sent to the Wait List Administrator at the address below.

这样的信是发给所有Wait list的人还是有针对性的？
如果让推荐人再写一封推荐信，应该从哪些方面来入手？

请各位牛人不吝赐教！万分感谢！

都是标准化的信，没有针对性
lz最认为哪些方面能够反映你的特征或者优势，也就是说你认为为什么学校要你，就从什么方面入手来写

被Georgetown WL出来的机会很大吧,因为很多录取的人都不打算去的。

一直以来对Georgetown的热情挺高的，Waitlist 后，现在另外一所学校催着交定金，还给了3/4的奖学金，虽然不是前20的，但是如果最终Georgetown给了offer，可能还得纠结一下。
