用which改变了句子所属的含义了。

我觉得不是which的问题，which从句意上应该是修饰differences的，不过这里用了逗号，使它变成了非限制性定语从句，且没有紧跟修饰对象，是不可取的。

C中的主要错误应该是those,这个词是用于比较前面的organization的，应该用that

理由是：those 和that都是代词。只不过those是that的复数形式。
而which就不同了，如果用which，它指代的对象变了，改变了原文的意思。

蓝色部分是between...and...的两个并列部分，前后要平行，that指代前面的单数organization，所以用those都错了。in both grammar and vocabulary,是说differences的，C中改成which只是可能引起指代对象混乱（就近的话就是European languages,而逻辑上是differences），而不是指代前面的句子。
