收到邮件：
To date, we are missing the following item.
Official English proficiency Score has not been received (Please note, this is not TOEFL.)

Once this item is in, your application will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review

之前没有仔细看要求，以为美国的学位可以顶替这个，看来他们的口语要求蛮严格的，可惜了$90的申请费...

你可以发个邮件给小秘要个waiver。把我收到的回信贴给你作为参考：

Hello:
Yes, you can get a waiver on TOEFL for admissions purposes for you having a Masters from a US institution. However, We still need English Prof. Exam. But, do not be alarmed. We can still review your file without this requirement. If admitted, you can take a speak test at UCIrvine (when you arrive on campus).

We understand that you will receive your graduate degree in the summer.
No need to provide the certificate.

All if well.
Take care. Your file will be ready for review.
