如果expended在划线部分中只是动词过去时表主动意味,我觉得前后的比较便不对称.请各位NN指教.多谢!

自己找到了答案.被动式助动词省略的例子出现在OG218:

注意E: the results published 省略了"be". 平行结构中be确实可省略!

up to 有下面的意思。那么，d是不是值得考虑呢？毕竟，A中 twice总觉得有问题.

我觉得twice在此只能是副词，可是他怎么能修饰that(energy)呢？值得探讨！

这里的平行貌似工整，但实则很别扭。好像没见过OG里有that单独作主语/宾语的例子（各位如有见过，请不吝提出），也没见过that后面直接跟过去分词。

其实这里比较的是amount,不是energy,我觉得这样比较顺：The energy expended per unit of production in the United States is as much as twice the amount West Germany expended.

这个题有点偏，还是OG比较大气。
