When it comes to the question that are sports and social activities as important as classes and libraries. My answer is absolutely yes, and sports and social activities should receive equal financial support since the following reason.
First of all, sports and social activities really have as many benefices to us as the classes and libraries. For instance, sports help us to keep fit. And we make more friends and have fun through social activities. Our campus life must be so monotonous and boring if it involves only reading and learning . We need sports and social activities to make our life more colorful. So when we graduate in the future, campus life will be our most precious memeries.
In addition, it is true that classes and libraries help us to get knowledge and to be more wise. However, we can also learn a lot of things through sports and activities, very different ways. I just want to cite a example of myself. I am the only child of my family. So I am a very independent girl and I like to do everything by myself since I was very young. But I also did not know how to cooperate. Thanks to the relay races held by swimming club. I have realized the importance of cooperation and learn how to cooperate with my team memebers.
Finally, we can built our networking for our future career through taking social activities or playing sports with friends. For example, my sister would not find the well paid job without the help from her friend last year.
In conclusion, social activities and sports are as important as classes and libraries. And the development of sports and social activities really need a lot of money. Your know we students don’t have much money , so we could not orgnize a club or hold races without the financial support.
