几乎相同的意思，不过感觉意思有点串味了，原意是说即使学生反对也得收， 他说即使反对的学生的钱也得收。 可惜a中代词指代不一致，否则我想选它，也不是太大的毛病嘛。

这句话 “so long as the groups given money are chosen without regard to their views”是什么意思啊？我怎么看着和前面的意思矛盾啊，哪位帮忙翻译一下哦，谢谢！
