除了Cornell和Austin哪些学校必须要成绩单原件

Cornell 申请时不需要原件
UT Austin需要
U Washington - Foster 需要

我也没有寄Cornell的成绩，不是admission后才要的吗？

Cornell的要求:
You have two options for providing us with records of your academic work. You may upload scanned image files of your transcripts directly into the online application.

Alternatively, you can have your academic records sent to us from the institutions at which you studied. You may download and use our Transcript Request Form. This option must be used for non-U.S. institutions.

刚问了申请第一轮的人，根据反馈，好几个人申请阶段都没有邮寄成绩单，一样拿到面试了。

有人给Ad com打了电话，说是推荐你邮寄，但是不强要求。

说实话我没注意这个，我提交了Cornell R2，但是没有邮寄纸质的成绩单，只是upload了扫描件。
