安全起见，拿到offer并决定去之后再辞吧，不过也要给雇主留出足够的换人的时间。
但其实我已经辞职了，不供lz参考

Resign after you are 100% sure that you are accepted into the school you want to go. Be 100% sure that you are actually accepted. For instance, Kellogg sent out false acceptance E-mails last year. If you need the money then maybe resign 1-2 months before your MBA starting date?

Be sure you provide enough time for your employer to find your replacement. Just don't burn any bridges.
