1.significant有歧义。可能是意义重大的意思。

2.little of 后面要修饰amount,不能修饰quantity.所以应该用few不能用Little。

significant表示重要的

significantly表示程度，大大地

两个词意思不同，ABC很好排除，主要集中在DE两个选项。原文后面有一个from
