Duke (45%) vs Emory (80%), which one to choose?

I got the sweet headache. Got in both. Duke offers 45% of scholarship while Goizueta gives 80% tuition waiver. I know both are good programs. But have to choose one. Your inputs are highly appreciated. BTW, my career aspiration is in MC in the states.
