Please be advised that you have been awarded a School of Management Dean's Excellence Scholarship for the Fall, 2010 semester, contingent on your enrolling for 5 or more credit hours this semester. This award is based upon your academic promise. The award period is from the Fall, 2010 semester until the end of the Summer, 2011 semester; and carries with it in-state student status for that period of study. The one time award of $1,000 will be credited to your account at the Bursar's Office.

If you are an international student or visa holder, when you arrive you must set an appointment with the university's tax compliance office. Any scholarships, awards, or payroll will not be awarded until you have completed tax compliance requirements.

lease email Lou Delcamp: lou.delcamp@utdallas.edu to arrange an appointment. Tax compliance is located in the Multi-Purpose building, room 2.102.
You will need to bring the following documents to your appointment.
? Passport
? All Visas
? I-94
? All I-20's
? Social Security Card, if you have one

差不多这样，算是吗？但是要I-20的表，有一项是把奖学金的信也一起发过去，难道就是这个信？
