意思是是，在耗油少30%的情况下，还放较少的。。。！所以用ing

第二题，it只是形式宾语，可以省的！

继续请教，语法笔记上说有一个举行：A  do sth,as well as doing sth.是这样吗？

第二题，我感觉IT不是形势宾语啊，如果是，那正常语序是怎么样子的呢？
