首先D最大的错误仅进在于后面with引导的伴随状语的逻辑主语Dutch economy错误.

D是独立主格么?不是说with +宾语+宾补才是嘛...-->from choice D:with the unemployment rate that has remained

我怎么瞅着脚的这是个with +n.+定语从句,也就是prep08 page156上说的"非限定修饰前面的名词的定语"?

with伴随的主语是不妥啊我没明白楼主对于D的解释是什么。。

其实LZ这样你记忆没有错。

我引用大神RON
RON- Prep phrase + comma comes BEFORE a clause, then itshould modify the whole clause.
if it comes after, then it could modify the whole clause, but it could alsojust modify the last noun. in that case, context is king.

其实我更多重点应该在economy 的单复数上

至于“ comma +ｗｉｔｈ”修饰问题，
结构1. NOUN/NOUN PHRASE, ｗｉｔｈ.... ， SVO
WITH 修饰前面的noun ，因为前面只有noun可以修饰。
EX
The intricate structure of the compound insect eye, with its hundreds of miniature eyes calledommatidia, helps explain why scientists have assumed that it evolvedindependently of the vertebrate eye.

OG 解释：

结构2“ S V O, WITH.....”
我觉得优先考虑 with 修饰前面的从句，而不是名词
