A 中 who 指代谁呢？根据就近指代原则 应该是A. Philip Randolph吧？

同时为什么A和B 也是错的，OG的解释看不懂啊？

我不是牛人，我的理解是这样的：

遇到这种n.and n.＋who(which.....)的结构，要分辩出定语从句到底要修饰谁。这道题给了明显的提示，就是从句里有个his reputation ，所以who肯定是修饰其中的一个单数主语。那么如果象a这样的定语从句修饰，就会造成歧义，不知道是修饰哪个。所以应该用c这样的结构。og中还有几道类似的修饰歧义，可以留意。

是messager被published，而不是the owner and editor 或者two young journalists，所以AB是错的。

Dangling modifier(悬荡修饰语):在有状语从句的主从复合句中，只有当从句的主句和主句的主语一致的时候，从句的主语才能省略。如果主从句的主语不一致时，错误的省略从句的主句，产生的语法错误叫 dangling modifier.

所以A B的错误在于错误的省略的从句的主语Messenger
