Today received an email from UCLA telling me that my application is complete, while they did not receive my official TOEFL report. But i asked ETS to send the report two months ago, the money has been deducted from my visa card. The school asked me to contact ETS as soon as possible and send them the report.

Does this mean that my application will not be considered in R2? Really terrible

As the school has indicated your application is complete, then you should be considered in R2. I assume you have provided a photocopy of your TOEFL score, otherwise, your application should not be complete.

No, i did not provide any photocopy of my TOEFL score, only filled in the TOEFL score in the online application.

send a photocopy to the school ASAP and indicate that you are talking to ETS .

talk to ETS to solve the problem.

I met such a situation before. Just call ETS , they will resend the scores for you absolutely free!

我也遇到了同样的问题，学校说没有收到我的GMAT成绩，可是ETS已经扣了我的钱了。ETS是越来越无耻了！！！给他们发了邮件也没有回信，打电话总是自动的，通过什么途径和他们交涉呢？

If you called Customer Service at 1-609-771-7330 and stayed online for a moment then someone would answer you. I have called at least five times (it might sounds little weird, because you might say why not done them at one time?) for different schools in the past month, and everything went great. I also have received a score-report copy from ETS within 2 weeks after each call. If you haven’t received the copy, then there is a problem, you better call to check. terry_tin, please don’t worry, everything will be ok. To smile, like McDonald’s did, and why not? Good luck!

call Customer Service at 1-609-771-7330, and then press 0 directly. The call will transfer to rep. service
