149这种表达是个习惯问题，当比较的主语相同时，往往用代词that/those补出，这个时候一般不需补出动词，而当比较的主语不同时才需补出动词；

164请MM翻翻以前狗狗(vincent0330)发的帖子，大概在第9页有ETS新的解释。

149是属于主谓结构下的主语比较，没有宾语干扰，所以无须补出谓语动词,不会引起歧义。
