To 楼上, I would say, statistics at wharton and statistics at nyu are totally different. wharton's statistics program is more like a traditional statistics department in art and science, their faculty members are much much more stronger than stern's, lawrence brown is there, tony cai, who got the copss this year, is also there. while stern's statistics program, I say program here since they even do not have a statistics department, is really weak compared with stern's other department, and a statistics department ranked above 50 is even bettern than stern's statistics program.
