OG11-30（即OG10-105）关于不可数名词前可否加an的问题

问题：

1 既然大家都认为inventory是不可数名词。为什么前面可以加上an？

2，AND THEN和前面的什么平行，省略的是什么？？

3  the strongest businesses 为什么 businesses 是复数？？？

4  as much as 因为much 是名词，所以后面的carry是不是也应该是名词呢，为什么大家都说是动词？？

我认为是名词，后面省略了IS，补上应该是：An inventory equal to 90 days sales is as much as even the strongest businesses carry   is   

business有的时候是可数的

我觉得这里是2的含义，当然是可数的了。意思是等于90天销售量的库存差不多等于最强劲的公司支持/支撑的了。这里的carry当然是动词。

有些词能够理解意思，但是很难找到确切的中文翻译。一点愚见，欢迎指正。

Inventory 作为库存的意思讲，本身是可数名词. 用as much as 是指库存里的东西因为不确定，所以不可数. 举个例子: A tablespoon (of water) is as much as three teaspoons.

2,as much as----almost几乎
