各位大虾！一下这段话究竟是让我上传什么文件，有些不理解！在线急等！今天提交申请！

Create a word document listing all institutions where only coursework was completed, dates attended, and the location of each institution. Save the document to your desktop. Then scan all corresponding transcripts for those same institutions. Upload all this information as a single document here.

就是说有一些学校，你没有获得degree，但是你在那边上过课的。。然后把成绩单扫描，做成word

这个我申过的，我记得这句话上面是填你可以获得degree的学校。然后读过但是不能获得degree的学校你就列个表，加上成绩单存在一个文档里上传即可。比如那种一学期的交换项目就算是这种情况。
