请问选B错在哪里？

c "sentence, sentence" is not proper form of expression

d is also not correctly, since " becuase of + n.+doing" is not a good way of expression.

這個句子有兩個部份，主要子句跟從屬子句。主要子句部份沒問題，問題出在從屬子句。

A  On account of是「由於」的意思，後面接的是名詞而不是句子，這邊的passed應該是分詞形容law，

 That 子句裡的主詞是a United States citizen，使用的動詞應該是holds而不是hold.

B 句子語意改變了，變成「伴隨著法律通過條文……，移民……｣，就語意來講，移民並不會伴隨著條文而怎樣怎樣。

C  兩個句子當中缺乏合適的連接詞，變成run-on sentence，且改變原句從屬意思。.

E  錯的地方在於being passed形容law. 動詞型態應該用主動而非被動型態的分詞。
