It is absolutely not true that you have to have business work experience to be accepted by a top MBA program. There are more of them in business schools simply because more people in these areas tend to apply for an MBA. If you have made career progress (e.g. manage more people, large projects, promotions) and have interesting extra-curriculum activities, you can be a strong candidate.
