need help urgently....

My pledge below certifies that, as an international applicant, I have made
arrangements to receive a minimum of $16,135 per year to meet my University and
personal expenses while I am at LSU. If married I will provide an additional
$3,200 per year for my spouse and an additional $2,000 per year for each child.

How can I response this....answer yes or not...Is there any relationship with scholarship. If I answer yes, can I get scholarship? Very confused...

Is any one facing the same problem?
