因此应该把which holds 20 percent of the world's fresh water, more than all the North American Great Lakes combined视为一个完整单元修饰Siberia's Lake Baikal，而不应该将more than all the North American Great Lakes combined抽离出来看待。

which是可以跳跃指代的，因为通常在N1.+Prep.+N2的结构中，核心词是N1.，在句意阅读上可以将其视为一个整体，不会造成严重的歧义。如果你觉得很不comfortable，其实不少题目有出现这样的状况（虽然大部分是在非画线部分）。多留意一下，少见多怪，多看几次大概就知道了。诚然，若有选项能避免这样的歧义又不存在其他错误当然更好。

弱弱的问一句。这选项里面的with 。。。it。这个结构是不是也是错的啊。。是不是不应该出现it

内容个人理解，that is 前面有个逗号，that限定修饰，所以错误。
