Enviroment: near CVS(pharmacy), McDonald, TJMAX (clothes), Shaw's(supermarket), Staple(office equipment) Rent: $800 per month. For your comparison, I would list somethings for most bentley or brandeis students may be experiencing in an apartment here: 1.Usually, the apartment even charging you $650 or less for a bedroom may be seventy or eighty years old, and you can almost hear anyone's moving in the aprtment (think about that when you're sleeping); and if your room is next to the kitchen, don't expet the fridge would be quiet when you need some rest. 2. the old windows are usually not well sealed enough for warmth (think about that when the temperature is around -20C) 3. you may have to share 1 bathroom with 2 or 3 guys (think about that when you have to be in a queue in the morning or night for using the only bathroom) 4. usually, you have to pay the utilities yourself , heat-around $300 per month for about half of the year; electricity- around $100 per month; Internet&TV service- basically around $90. 5. think futhur, if you 3 or 4 guys all buy your own's cars( excluding the cars of the ones in the other apartments sharing the same house with you), usually there is no spacious place for all you guys to park 3 or 4 cars in the parking area of your apartment ( think about when you maybe have to park your cars several blocks away, in some situations, you even need to pay for parking) 6. usually, you have to cost a lot of money to buy furnitures or other things for your room (think about costing you hundreds of dollars for just an ordinary mattress) If you are interested in the bedroom, please contact Frederick at fredericklu[在] yahoo.com
