一个管理者应具有的品质 In the modern competition throughout the business world, the supervisor, the master of a company, was proved to play a significant role in its development. It is not exaggerated to say a supervisor to a firm is what a commander to a troop. Some people argue that respect, tolerance and humor are the most 3 essential characteristics to decide whether a controller suits the challenging position. From my perspective, I totally agree with the idea. No quality is more crucial than the one respect enjoys. It is a basic belief that communication between parents, friend, even strangers should rely on mutual respect in every facet such as personality, living habits, language preference, religion beliefs and the list will go on. Without mutual respects, incongruity, which is disastrous to the development of a company, may occur. Taking as a simple example, employees who disagree with boss’s ideas are treated unfairly and derided in the public, readily arouse a reverse attitude, subsequently becoming an obstacle to the communication with bosses. Therefore, lack of communications would indubitably do harm to the company’s future development. Don’t you think the example mentioned above is persuasive?
Another chief and head caliber in the control of the whole employees is tolerance. In a large company, especially one depends on the inventions of sophisticated products, faculty easily make errors and experience failures when they try to connect the modern technology with their designs. If those personnel are severely criticized for their incapability, they may lose their confidence to continue their experiments. Hence, without new products, a company will inevitably endure a lack of power for competition and finally fail to have a share among the customers. Thus, we can safely draw the conclusion that tolerance is crucial in the management of a company. |
